Marta Menegatti

Much of Marta Menegatti’s life has been devoted to volleyball, and that passion has fueled her success since she was a little girl.  Marta started playing indoor volleyball at the age of 9, and quickly became the player to watch. In the summer of 2009, she left the indoor game to play beach volleyball, and made her debut in the international professional circuit in Barcelona with a 13th place finish.

Marta has become one of the best and most recognized players in the world with a fan base worldwide. In 2010, she made her first major podium appearance in the World Tour in Phuket, Thailand coming in 2nd with Valeria Rosso. Marta also competed in the London 2012 Olympics, ranking 5th in the group with Greta Cicolari. There is little doubt the best is yet to come for this dedicated beach athlete.

Mikasa is proud to partner with Marta Menegatti, and their relationship proves once again that the best play with the best.
